Where does Beatbot ship to?
We ship to the continental Australia only.
Additionally, we do not ship to PO.BOX address. If you are unsure if we service your address, please get in touch with customer service.

How long does delivery take?
The average transit time is 3-7 business days. Normally we ship out the goods within 48 hours, and the avarage transit time depends on the logistics.(Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.)
How will my package be shipped?
To ensure the quickest delivery time, we work with several carriers, including USPS, UPS, Amazon Logistics, and FedEx.
Shipping Instructions
Make sure orders have the correct name, address, and contact information, so items are delivered successfully.
Please inspect the package upon delivery. If it’s damaged or deformed, do not sign the delivery or open the package. In such cases, contact the Beatbot Support Team at service@beatbot.com.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. If you would like to change the shipping address before shipping has begun, please contact the Beatbot Support Team at service@beatbot.com.
Notes:
If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. Beatbot will not replace the order or issue a refund.
